Can I customize the wines within my wine club allotment?
Our staff selects the bottle allocation for each wine club release based on the type of wines you indicated when you signed up. Club members can contact us to make changes or additions just as long as the total number of bottles are equal to or greater than your club level. You can contact us prior to pickup or upon your visit to pickup your wine.
What if I want to switch my wine club?
We are happy to help you switch your wine club type or level. We have four different wine clubs. 1) Red only – 6 bottles per release, 2) Red only – 12 Bottles per release, 3) Red / White / Rose’ – 6 bottles per release, and 4) Red / White / Rose’ – 12 bottles per release. There are 3 releases per year (February, May and September). 6 bottle members receive a 20% discount where 12 bottle members receive a 25% discount on all wines purchased. When and how can I cancel my membership?
We encourage at least a one year minimum membership. If after your one year membership you wish to cancel, just send an email to jim@warr-kingwines.com for assistance. We can also put your membership on temporary hold if you wish to return after a brief absent. Throughout the year, we release a series of different wines, so we hope that you will want to experience all that we have to offer.
When will you charge my credit card?
Email notifications will be sent a week or two prior to your card on file being charged for any wine club release pickups or shipments. If we are unable to process your allotment due to an invalid credit card, you will receive an automated email to update your account. You can update your credit card information, as well as billing and shipping address information by accessing your member account on-line or you can contact jim@warr-kingwines.com. If you do update your own card, please send us a message that you have done so, so we can process your outstanding order.
How long do I have to pick up my allocation?
We ask that you please keep your account current and pickup your wines within 60 days to avoid an additional shipping charge. If you have not picked up your wine within 60 days, you will receive a reminder email that you have a wine club release to pickup. If you indicated that you wanted your wines to be shipped, you will receive an email around our release weekend indicating the predicted week of shipment. Remember that “ship” members will need to sign for their wine upon delivery. Any allocations not picked up after 60 days, unless prior arrangements have been made, we cannot be responsible for your wine club allocation.
When will you ship my wine?
If you are flagged in our database as a “ship” member, we will send you an email informing you of your ship date. Remember that someone over the age of 21 will need to sign for wine.
What happens to my wine club shipment if you have the incorrect shipping address or I am not available to sign for it?
If your shipping address has changed, please contact jim@warr-kingwines.com to have your wine redirected to the correct address. UPS and FEDEX will make three consecutive delivery attempts before returning your wine to us. Any additional shipping costs associated with resending the wine is the sole responsibility of the member. Don’t forget that you can always access your account on-line to verify or change your address, or you can contact jim@warr-kingwines.com for assistance.
